The Cuban model who was accused of trying to sell a video of her and Von Miller having sex for $2.5 million is now in hot water for talking about DeSean Jackson’s size. According to the Smoking Gun, Elizabeth Ruiz is accused of trying to shop a cell phone video of her and Miller having sex to various outlets for $2.5 million. Documents published by the website say that Miller and Ruiz were together in Cancun in June 2016. It also says that when Miller asked her via text to delete the video, she replied, “Gotcha.” TMZ reports that a judge in Los Angeles “agreed” with Miller and issued a restraining order against Ruiz.

Months after Ruiz and Von Miller’s scandal first emerged, the model got back into the news over remarks she made about DeSean Jackson. Speaking on Hollywood Unlocked, Ruiz described the Washington wide receiver’s endowment as being “built like an Asian.” After making the racist remark, Ruiz described having sex with Jackson. It didn’t take long for Jackson’s baby mama Kayla Phillips to respond. On her Instagram page, Phillips called out Ruiz, calling Von Miller’s one-time lady a “low-life” and telling her to “find a job.” In a separate comment, via BET Sports, Phillips wrote under a photo of Ruiz, “Never speak on another woman’s man. Now we have an issue. I’ll be in LA soon and we’ll see if you’re still reckless at the mouth.”

Ruiz then issued an apology saying, “I’m not a bad person I make soooooo many mistakes that later on I think about like damn that was messed up I been fucked over a lot (which is not an excuse) and have never really received love genuine love from a man, which over time has made me careless of people I’ve became so prideful and so against “showing emotion” I don’t realize I’ve been hurting others …I don’t want the “fast come up” by putting others down nor do I want a pity party from anyone I’m simply here to say it’s true I’ve been unhappy with my self and in the process I’ve been reckless ..I’m under construction and I’m willing to deal with all the consequences for my actions and I’m sorry.” Among the limited information from Ruiz’s Facebook page is the fact that she at one point worked at a Hooters restaurant. She is a native of Sagua la Grande, Cuba, but grew up in Miami. Since 2014, Ruiz has been based in Los Angeles. Ruiz was asked by Haute Velvet in an interview what her biggest achievement was to which she replied, “I’ve had many accomplishments i.e coming to this country, graduating, building myself as a model through all the work I’ve done but my greatest accomplishment will be when I make it to the big screen!”
